How To Prepare Creamy Spicy Palak Chutney | An Easy To Make Spinach Dip Recipe

Today I am going to show you my eureka moment in terms of Palak Chutney. Its been a month since we went for grocery shopping. I am trying to finish all old stock of food items and then replace them with new. Recently I made dhokla in idli shape but did not find any condiment/chutney to serve. A bunch of spinach was in the fridge which was supposed to be used in paratha/flatbread. I thought of using it as coriander and rest of the ingredients same as green coriander chutney. It was a eureka moment literally because my son said "mumma aaj chutney ache lag rahi hai" (mom, today chutney is tasting good). Really find it simple to make.
