This is apple raita/yoghurt with apple. A perfect dish either to snack on or served with biryani/pulao. Can be eaten as a dessert too. Cut pieces of apple mixed with curd/yoghurt with light spices of your choice. Usually cumin powder with black salt is good enough to enhance the taste. So here is the recipe
Ingredients: Sufficient for two people
2 cup curd/yoghurt
1 medium sized apply cut into small pieces
1 cup pomegranate
¾ tsp sugar
½ tsp salt/black salt
½ tsp cumin powder
Method: Mix everything in a bowl and keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes. Serve cold. This can be prepared in lunch or dinner.
Tip: You can use black pepper also instead of cumin powder. Both gives very delicious taste.
