Bottlegourd/Doodhi/Lauki With Granules/Soya Chunks

In childhood I recalled had been always fussy over bottlegourd/doodhi/lauki curry whenever my mom cooked. Never liked this veggie untill I started my blogging. Have tried many version so far, will update on my blog one by one. Soya granules or chunks are a good source of protein for vegetarians.

Bottlegourd is rich in dietary fibre, soluble and insoluble. Means it helps in curing constipation and easy to digest. Having 96% of water content it keeps the body cool during summer and maintains water level. Contains Iron, Vit B and C and lots of minerals like sodium, potassium which regulates blood pressure.

If something is healthy than I can eat that, my funda now :P. After having kids I make sure to make it differntly so that my kids find it tasty and eat without any fuss. Best part is it helps in weighloss too. So now jumping on the recipe
