Ingredients
3 Cups Phool makhana/lotus seeds 2 Tblsp ghee/clarified butter sendha namak/pink Himalayan salt as per taste Method: Take a kadhai/pan and dry roast Phool makhana/lotus seeds. Keep stirring them for 4-5 min as they burn very fast. Add ghee/clarified butter and salt as per your taste. Stir them for a while and serve. Note 1) You can add peanuts too, they are also eaten during fasting. 2) Adding chat masala will give a twist and kids love it.
