Lauki Chana Dal | Bottlegourd With Bengal Gram

Learn How To Make Lauki Chana Dal Ki Sabji Step By Step | Bottlegourd Cooked With Bengal Gram (Curry) Recipe | Doodhi Aur Chana Dal Ki Sabji

Lentils/dals are a great source of protein. I always try to prepare nutritious items using dal/lentil at home. Lauki chana dal is my father's favorite dish. I remember him telling my mom to cook it time to time. Here is I am telling how my mom cooked which somewhere I tweaked as per my taste. If I remember lauki/bottle gourd/doodhi was never tasted good to me and avoided by me whenever my mom cooked it. But after blogging I am fallen in love with this healthy vegetable. You can check my lauki/bottle gourd/doodhi combination, Lauki Ki Sabji/Bottlegourd Curry and Bottlegourd/Doodhi/Lauki With Granules/Soya Chunks.

I love dal/lentil and vegetables cooked together and make a delicious meal anytime. So far Methi Chi Bhaji - Yellow Lentil WIth Fenugreek Leaves and Dal-Palak - Spinach with yellow lentil I prepared and enjoyed.
